Arbuthnot Latham Makes Senior Financial Planner Hire

UK headquartered private bank Arbuthnot Latham has hired Simon Reynolds as a senior chartered financial planner.

He will be responsible for providing financial planning advice to the clients of the bank and their families.

Reynolds joins from Sanlam Private Investment and has twenty years industry experience in all.

“Simon’s appointment further strengthens Arbuthnot Latham’s offering to entrepreneurial and executive clients at a time when we are expanding both within the UK and internationally,”  said James Fleming chief executive at Arbuthnot Latham.

In March the company Arbuthnot Latham revealed that profit before tax was £7.7 million , up from £2.1 million in 2012, while the core private banking and wealth management business delivered a profit of £4.9 million, up from £3.5 million in 2012.

Assets under management in the private banking arm increased 40 per cent to £528 million, up from £377 million in 2012.
